When I signed up with Sprint in October 2002, I was told that I would receive a $50.00 rebate in 4-6 weeks, that never happened I received my rebate check 4 months later. I was quoted a monthly charge of 39.99 per month, my bill has never been that.

My service was shutoff three times by mistake, my voice mail had a man's voice on it (sprint stated it had something to do with the towers), services were added on to my account without my permission, my telephone number was changed without my permission and the list goes on.

I've never been compensated for all of the inconveniences they have caused me and when you are calling customer service to try to explain what is going on, you can be on the phone anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the mood of the customer rep, if you ask to speak to a supervisor that is just impossible, you'll never speak to one, what they will say is that all supervisors are busy at this time, or I can do the same thing that a supervisor will do for you.

The service is very, very poor and no one listens or cares. Whatever happened to satisfying the customer needs or the customer is right, it's all about money - because you get no respect.
