Sprint PCS Mobile Phone Service is extremely consumer-unfriendly service. Making corrections into an invoice, trying to explain their mistakes is impossible task.

I followed the recommendation of a PCS representative and in December I switched to a new better plan in December, which has been described as a new achievement of Sprint PCS. Unfortunately, after a month traveling I discovered that new Voice Airtime charges (over $600) for calling outside PR appeared in my bill.

My first talk with customer service representative Ms. Satis Frias seems to me was productive: full credit for the company mistake has been promised me.

For confirmation, I just have made a second call to PCS and I discovered that the customer service supervisor Ms. Maria Diaz has broken this promise. She told me that her decision is final and she is the last in the line to whom I can complain about it.

Any attempt to explain that a customer representative did not describe me correctly the new plan options, especially that my previous plan, which allows me to make any call from any place in the USA without additional charges, will disappear.

It looks just simply provocative to change my plan to that just before traveling

This case shows one more time that Sprint PCS customer service department has no concern for its customer or even provide a strong defense for the robbery practice.
