I looked up the Sprint PCS information on the net. Got information regarding service; the net reported giving new customers a $70 dollar instant rebate for a LG 1010 phone & 1yr service plan of 300 minutes unlimited nites and wkends; for $30 dollars;

In store:after ignoring me for 20 min. (I was dressed appropriately; business attire;)

according to the Sprint Rep; Brian, "we don't have that. Then after another 10 min. of phone conversation, and me continuing to talk AT him. He finally offers without checking "a $50.00 mail in rebate." his attitude; "how about this phone; he points to another phone; I can do this for you for whatever price he picked out of the air; that is what it seemed like he was doing;"w/a two year contract." really uncaring; annoyed too; no one was even in the store." No. I want this."

He just shrugged his shoulders, "dunno what to tell you." his bad ace comment. I had to encourage w/repetition and assertiveness; that he get on line and look up what I was speaking of before just telling me it did not exist.
I was upset because I felt like I had to WORK to get service and I did not like being treated like that nor do I appreciate being given the run around. I had the money to spend.

Finally he did; he just grunted. I asked to speak w/his manager as well; according to Brian; "he's at lunch." then he proceeded to go to the back storage room; and left me there. Finally I just walked out. But I was pissed!

I wanted to let everyone know what happened, if Sprint is allowing their Reps to treat customers like that, you should take your hard earn money else where. I felt, there goes big business again, being uncaring b/c they already have enough customers, well I wanted to put the word out. Please reconsider when choosing a company to do business with. I went w/another company for my cellular needs as well as for my employee's. Big mistake Sprint; we got our 30 phones elsewhere, I got my one personal phone too! Don't go w/them!
