Sprint PCS Tried to collect multiple cancellation fees when none were owed ripoff artists fraud rip off scam con artists ripoff fraud business City of Industry California
We transfered service to my sons name, they messed up the billing cycle. After 3 phone calls to try to straighten it out we cancelled the service. It was well past the end of the 1 year contract.
Damage Resulting = It has now been 4 more phone calls totaling over 7 hours, uncountable anxiety and stress, possible damage to my credit report; AND IT IS STILL NOT FIXED. Sprint is trying to bill us for 2 cancellation contracts when for over $300. I have been promised 3 times that the balance is ZERO and they just keep billing me......... AARGH.
I wonder how many thousands of consumers have been cheated out of \"cancellation fees\". This has CLASS ACTION written all over it.

Wittle Donny got his feewings hurt with my comments, huh? You can dish it out, but you sure can't take it, LOSER! Any luck with your job hunt? Unfortunately, most companies don't like to hire representatives who take the "service" out of "customer service" with their lousy attitudes. You could also benefit with a little therapy for that displaced aggression you carry around with you. The consumers didn't lose your job for you --YOU did! HAHAHA Lamer!

This obnoxious twit is correct about one thing. An individual suing a company the size of Sprint would surely lose against its team of corporate shysters. A class action suit is a different kettle of fish, Don. That's the only way a consumer can knock the big boys down. And I fail to see how you every won any awards with this company with your attitude toward the customer, unless Sprint actively encourages arrogance and rudeness (or maybe that's why you were downsized?)
And what's this about LOSER? At least this person is probably employed....
