I SIGNED UP FOR THE $59.99 PLAN WITH SPRINT WHICH INCLUDED 500 OFF PEAK AND 4500 PEAK TIME HOURS. MY SERVICE WAS SHUT OFF BEFORE I REACHED MY 500 MINUTES ALLOTMENT OF OFF PEAK TIME. WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS TOLD THAT I ONLY USED 384 MINUTES SO THEY TURNED MY SERVICE BACK ON. WHEN I GOT MY BILL THE FOLLOWING MONTH THERE WAS AN OUTRAGEOUS FIGURE ON IT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SEVICE AND THEY SAID TO DISREGARD THE AMOUNT LISTED ON THE BILL AND THAT I ONLY OWED $50.14. ALSO, I NEVER RECEIVED THE $60.00 REBATE THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE. THE VERY NEXT MONTH, THE SAME THING HAPPENED. I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I COULD NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE CREDITS! WHAT I RECEIVED WAS NOT A CREDIT, BUT A CORRECTION ON THEIR PART FOR TURNING MY SERVICE OFF WHILE I STILL HAD AVAILABLE AIR TIME. MY NEXT BILL WAS STATED THAT THEY HAD GIVEN ME EXTRA MINUTES AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 384 EXTRA MINUTES WHICH WAS THE TIME THAT THEY HAD CUT MY SERVICE OFF WHEN I STILL HAD MINUTES OF AIRTIME.

PLEASE IF YOU HAVE SPRINT PCS WATCH YOUR MINUTES AND YOUR BILL! YOU ARE DEALING WITH THIEVES!

Here Don demonstrates his superior skills in dealing with Sprint customers & why he was awarded the cherished "pink slip". Just out of curiosity, Don, how much does that dumpster on Wilshire run you per month? Is that "in season" or "out of season"? I'm sure the rate must be higher during the summer! HAHAHA LAMER!

Hey man, before you start talking get your facts straight!!! First of all, the plan is 500 peak (M-F 7am-9pm) and 4500 off peak (9:01pm-6:59am)and all weekend long)....you really should get your facts straight...you probably thought you had 4500 peak minutes (definations above) and over used your phone...Overage rate is Forty cents per minute lamer!!have a nice bill!!
