Sprint rip-off promotion for rebate City Of Industry California

I joined Sprint because of the promotional rebate on the purchase of a cell phone.

I complained about not receiving my rebate after 6 weeks and was told it would take up to 10 weeks.

After 14 weeks passed and never received my rebate, I asked my rebate be credited to my account.

My phone was turned off for non-payment and when I called I was told I had to pay first because the rebate had to go through PCS Customer Solutions dept for which I had been given a different phone number for after paying the payment.

I called the Customer Solution dept and was told I had to go to the Rebate dept. I was put on hold then disconnected. I called back and the same thing happened again.

After attempting to go to their web site I discovered your site and realized this wasn't a rare occurance.

I hope this process your taking will put a stop to this "false advertising" or warn others not to use Sprint unless you want to pay full price period!
