Sprint ripoff deception erronious promotions and incentives Los Angles California
Sprint Long Distance promotional offer stated that signing up with their service for 90 days would earn customers a set of 2way radios. After 90 days, I waited for my gift. I got nothing. I called the company and was transfered from department to department, placed on eternal hold and never got anyone who could help.
I finally got an e-mail response from customer service telling me to give them another 60 days to find out about this promotion. In the mean time, they have hooked me into 6 months of using their service but I am still without the promotional gift that I was promised for trying their services.

After 5 months of using their service, I am now told that my plan doesn't qualify for the promotion. Even though I signed up on that promotional offer and was confirmed by their agent!
