I am very disgusted with the refund department regarding my Sprint refund due to my cancellation of my Sprint service within 36 hours of beginning my contract. I was given a reciept showing a credit of $160.10 adn the sales person who took my phone and supposedly cancelled my service ensured me that I would receive a check within 7 to 14 days. This was a bold faced lie!

I just recieved a check for $125.00 10 weeks after I cancelled my Sprint service. They still owe me $34.99. I have called several times and talked to many many supervisors and they have refused to see my point of view and just pay their debt. I even told them they could set up payment arrangements since they spent my cash payment immediately and have failed to return it back to me. My cash posted to Sprint's bank account immediately and I have to wait 10 weeks for my refund.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I am very disgusted and want to let everyone know that Sprint does not pay it's debts.
