SPRINT RIPP OFF - TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CLIENTS - SHOWING POWER THAT THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT!! LOS ANGELES, California
I have a Sprint account for over 15 years when I oppened it was Nextel. I never have been late for a payment.
I had three phones and in air card for the internet in my account. I cancel one phone number that I pass it to TracPhone to lower my bill. My bill was $285 a month without counting the air card $85.00 a month. When I called to be sure that my phone was not in the account anymore the lady who answer the phone told me that she can offer another plan that can fit me better because cancelling one phone will save me only $20 a month. She changed the plan but she didn't explain to me the plan or that I was going to be charge $863.00 per month because every call that I make or I receive even if I don't pick up the phone I am being charged .40 cents per minute if my phone rings I get charged for it. She told me that my bill will be down to $210.00 with taxes and insurance.
The first problem was when I cancel the air card last month. I paid it off and I was sent to collection. I sent the collection company the copy of the check that was clear from the bank and I didn't get any more letters from them.
I called SPRINT today to resolve this issue I talk to somebody probably in India that doesn't care, he told me that he couldn't do anything for me and he transfer me to his manager or the one that sits net to him, who know who this person is and he told me that he couldn't do anything for me that "I HAVE TWO OPTIONS OR A PAY OR HE WILL SEND ME TO COLLECTION" THIS IS A RIP OFF, CELLULAR COMPANIES HAVE A LICENSE TO STEAL!! THE NAME OF THE MANAGER WAS "BYRON" or at least this the name that he used to talk to me.

Today George from Sprint called me and he resolved my issues
with the billing problems. He gave me the best customer service that I can ask
for!!!!! I am really thankful with him, he not only resolved my issue, he cares
about the customers too that it is obvious!!!! I hope that all the companies
have a "George" working for them!!!
