SPRINT- RUDE, POOR SYSTEM INPUT

SPRINT PCS IS A VERY RUDE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT WANT TO ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES. THEY DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THEIR SYSTEM TO WHERE THEY TALKED TO A CUSTOMER. I MADE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE GAVE ALL THE INFORMATION THEY ASK FOR. TOLD WHEN MY PHONE WOULD BE TURN BACK ON. WHICH IT WASN'T. CALL THEIR OFFICE THEY DON'T SHOW ANYWHERE WHERE I HAD CALL. THEN GET RUDE OVER THE PHONE SAYING WE CAN HANDLE THE MATTER NOW. IN A RUDE WAY, ONE PERSON TELL YOU WHEN YOU CALLED. THEN QUICKLY PUT YOU AND HOLD AND SOMEONE ELSE COME TO THE PHONE. YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISER. THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN ANSNWER ANY QUESTION YOU HAVE. YOU KEEP TELL THEM YOU WANT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISER, OFFICE MANAGER, CEO. VICE PRESIDENT, OR PRESIDENT. THEY SAY WELL WHAT CAN THEY DO. ASK FOR YOUR NAME AND NUMBER THEY WILL HAVE SOME ONE CALL WHICH OF COURSE THEY DON'T CALL. THAT IS POOR BUSINESS. WHY WOULD THEY SEND YOU A LETTER IF APOLOGIZE WHEN THEY KNEW, THEY DID SOMETHING WRONG.

PS. SPRINT KNOW I HAVE A TERMINAL ILLNESS CANCER AND MY FAMILY WANTED ME TO HAVE THE PHONES IF I WAS OUT AND HAVIN PROBLEM. SRINT TELLS ME YOU CAN CALL 911. WHAT IS 911 GOING TO DO IF MY CAR BREAK DOWN OR SOMETHING.
