Complaint Review: Sprint Sand & Clay

 Horrible company! After so many years of being a loyal customer, this company decides that they no longer want to sell me any material even though i have been buying material from them for the past few years. The reason given by Fletcher Dunson, the vp of sales, we do not want you to compete against us. Basically, what they are doing its getting rid of the competition by attacking trucking companies like ours. They are obligating consumers, the construction companies to pay their higher trucking prices by refusing to sell material to trucking companies. Sprint Sand & Clay no longer wants to make money of the material only and instead wants to also force their customers to go with their trucking services at the expense of all the other truckig companies in the Houston area by getting rid of all the other trucking companies. This is what i call straight up unfair business practices! What this company is doing its illegal, but i hope contruction companies realize that sprint sand and clay is trying to create a monopoly and at the end of the day the consumers (construction companies) are getting hurt because they are being obligated to pay their higher trucking prices.
