 Savage sprint 2012. The salesman jesse de st hubert refused to exchange my faulty Galaxy s2 within the 14 day guarentee. The phone was intermittently screen keyboard twitching do to faulty soft ware. He said, quote. "If you cant show me the phone is faulty then I cant exchange it". " I cant help you, go to the apple valley sprint and they can help you". The manager heard it all but never helped me. My phone was faulty and became worse. Four days later the Iphone was offered free. But they refused to give me a exchange for the iphone.

I offered to pay the same amount but they refused. Apple valley sprint did a exact exchange however it was also faulty and over the next year and a half I ordered 5 phones all faulty. Sprint Customer care did nothing for me. Then after paying $94 monthly for 19 months totaling $1786, sprint charged me $30 late fee. I failed to pay it and they shut me off. Collection agencys called me several times. And billing. There is a epidemic of deception in business today. I went to (((competitor's name redacted))).
