In May or June, 2010 I visited the Hooksett, NH Sprint store (101 Quality Drive, Hooksett, NH (603)
663-1073) to have my wife's cellphone speaker repaired. The salesman said the defective phone was out of warranty and I would be charged to fix the phone. He convinced me to add 2 new cellphone lines and I would receive 2 free phones and a 27 percent discount on my monthly bill as long as I remained a customer. He told me that the discount would remain in effect even after the 2 year contract for the two new lines had ended.

I received the 2 new free cellphones but did not see the 27 percent discount on my bill so I called
Sprint. The representative told me to contact the store that I got the discount from. 5 or 6 months
passed and my discount finally appeared on my bill after I contacted the store in Hooksett, NH several times during this period.

On Sept. 24, 2012 I got a text message telling me to confirm eligibility for a discount at sprint.com/verify to submit proof. The site asked for "employer information". I am a disabled military veteran and have been unemployed since September 2007. So I called Sprint and spoke with Phillip about my situation. He told me he would fix the problem and email a confirmation to me.

Then, I got another text on Oct. 1, 2012 telling me to do the same thing. I called Sprint & talked to several different people all telling me that I have been getting an "EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT for JP Morgan". No one could help me. So I called the Hooksett, NH Sprint store again and explained my situation to him. The manager, (Brian) said the store is under new management (I Mobile) now for about 8 months. The previous company was called (Wireless Link). He said I was the second person he has talked to with this same problem.

I have explained my problem to Tamara D. (exec. rep. with Sprint) via e-mail (ecare2@cc.sprintpcs.com) and they are still not willing to help me.

When I added the 2 new lines in May or June, 2010, the salesman said I will get a 27 percent discount for adding 2 new lines of service. I was not asked to provide employer information. I was told that I would receive a 27 percent "monthly discount for "ADDING 2 NEW CELLPHONE LINES". I was not told that this is an employee discount. To me, as told by a Sprint employee from the Hooksett, NH store, my discount was for adding 2 new lines.

Now my 27 percent discount that was promised to me by a Sprint employee is being taken away because this employee deceived me. I have tried to resolve this with Sprint with no success.

A fair resolution would be what was promised: a 27 percent monthly discount, for as long as I am a customer of Sprint, prorated from when I received the 2 new free cellphones in 2010, AS PROMISED.
