Complaint Review: Sprint

Sprint Sprint TV gives me a big turd to eat. Adds to "insanity" meaning in dictionary. Wins worst customer service award. David vs Goliath Internet

I bought a Blackberry Curve 8330 from Sprint, just so I could watch CNBC on Sprint TV. Sprint's server loops the same 20 seconds of CNBC over and over, for sometimes, 3 hours, making me miss all the stock market news. $95 a month for nothing!

I've talked to Sprint's customer service for 3 months now about it. I've talked to at least 20 of their employees. Each time I have to tell the whole story, starting from the beginning every time.

Sprint's technicians have had the exact same cell phone (Blackberry Curve 8330) in their hands, looking at the same 20 second loop on their phone as me, at the same exact time. They say, "Ok, that's the example I needed to get it worked on." It's been 3 months and still no fix.

I've even figured out, for them, that regular Sprint TV works great! It's the extra package deal for $9.99 a month, "Sprint TV xtra" and now, "Sprint TV 4Biz" that has the 20 second loop, and that ALL programs in those packages, not just "CNBC", has the 20 second loop, for sometimes 3 hours at a time.

I'm not going to let Sprint make me feel insane just because they want to do the same thing over and over again with the expectation of a different outcome. I know it's just their unethical behavior. Deep down, they know I can't do anything about it. So they don't do anything about it. I'm locked into a 2 year contract.

They're sipping a Mai-tai on the beach with my money. Thinking they're so smart and slick, when really, they have s**t for brains. They're straight-up pigs. Oink oink.

With the help of ripoffreports.com, perhaps Sprint and Blackberry, will pull their heads out of their a*s, and stop stealing from the little man. Make no mistake, it's stealing! Thou shall not steal.

This is like David vs Goliath

I keep waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out and say, "You got punk'd".
