Sprint ,SprintPCS Cell Phone Company Sprint has the worst customer service and lies to their customers Orlando - Nationwide Florida

I had SprintPCS phone service since 1999 and I always hated having to call their customer service department. I was always left on hold for extended times. Their reps were very rude and not helpful. When I changed my service for any reason I was always overcharged. I finally got smart in September of 2007 and cancelled my account and got service from another company. I was then incorrectly charged a $200.00 account cancellation fee. I had to get on the phone with them again to straighten this out. UHG!!!

I nominate Sprint for the Rip Off company of the year award. I nominate them for the worst customer service in the world. If you are ignorant and nasty then I encourage you to apply for a job with Sprint Customer Service. I hear they are looking.

I do not recommend that anyone purchase service from Sprint / SprintPCS.
I will never do business with Sprint again.
I will tell everyone that I meet to not do business with Sprint.
I encourage everyone that I meet to cancel their Sprint service and go with a good company that appreciates their business.
I refuse to send my money to a company that abuses me.
I vote with my wallet.

Posted about this two weeks ago. Where we got our bill for Sept. and they had hit us for an extra $15 because "someone" had ordered the photo package" be added to our monthly service on the 18th of August. The account for both phones is in the wife's name and "someone" had ordered the package. After going back and forth with the sprint rep who kept insisting " someone had ordered the package, my wife finally tells her no one ordered the package cause we were on a cruise off the coast of Mexico. The rep agrees to remove the package and refund the $15 charge. Here comes Oct's bill with, you guessed it, the package still on it for an extra $15. The AMAZING thing is the rep did refund last month's $15 overcharge but didn't pull "the package". IF you go to sprint's web site, the give you 52 letter spaces to contact them and explain your problem. I'm gonna need a heck of alot more then 52 letters to explain our problem.

Every time I call Sprint with either a technical problem or some basic general question, they always seem too eager to put me through to the next available sales rep. who just wants to try and hawk additional phone features, something of which I am not in the least bit intersted in.

Sprint sucks. Try another phone company.

I have had SprintPCS (Now Sprint Nextel) phone service since January 1st, 2006 and I sometimes hated having to call their customer service department. I was usually left on hold for extended times. However, their reps were very helpful about 95% of the time once they did answer. When I changed my features, I would sometimes get overcharged. However, those were always corrected after a phone call.

I nominate Sprint for the best wireless cellphone provider of the year award. I nominate them for the best cellphone service in the USA. If you are helpful and knowledgeable then I encourage you to apply for a job with Sprint or RadioShack. We're always looking for new people!

I do recommend Sprint Nextel service to most of my customers instead of AT&T (The RadioShack where I work sells both services).
I will continue to do business with, and sell, Sprint again.
I will tell everyone that I meet to do business with Sprint.
I encourage everyone that I meet to get Sprint service.
I refuse to send my money to a company that abuses me. Sprint does not, so they always get their money from me!
I vote with my wallet and my ability to influence customers to get Sprint that were originally looking to get an AT&T/TracFone/Verizon/T-Mobile/Virgin Mobile phone.

Also, before anyone decides to say that I'm "just saying that because I work for RadioShack and I make commissions" the fact of the matter is that AT&T pays higher commission rates than Sprint. I sell sprint for one reason and one reason only: THEY ARE THE BEST. They may screw up when it comes to billing every now and then (that will be reduced further once Sprint finally finishes with all of the migrations), but if you are courteous and friendly with them, they will usually do the same.
