Well first off i would like to warn all who read this not to get a cellphone with Sprint unless you like to get F$%K in the A$%. Ive heard from friends who had sprint on the day that their contract ended sprint went ahead and extended it for them without asking. Well on the day my contract ended i called and made sure it was ending on that day. 03/15/2007 2 years with Sprint no balance whatsoever. They told me they called me in December of 2006 asking if i would like to receive $5.00 off of my bill each month if i extended my contract. I did not receive any such phone call. I told them that was a lie and i didnt SIGN anything stating that. They said i would have to talk to someone at a Sprint Store. so i go drive to the store with my contract and all in my hand. The guy at the store said it was an invaild contract(the contract the operator stated i agreed to over the phone) and i need to call the 1800 number again i did. I went to a supervisor who said theres nothing i can do i set up a contract with tthem over the phone. so i asked if i could hear the recording of me agreeing to this. they put me on hold and told me they couldnt find it. LOL BS!. So wasting my time with these idiots drove me to the point in just paying them 200 f*****g dollars to delete this "contract" i supposbly set up with them. Well im going on and telling ppl not to get Sprint Plans they will screw you and dont care about you. SPRINT WILL SCREW YOU. theres many of other cellphone plans trust me dont go with sprint. spread the word!

Mystery Phone Call

Posted about this the other day. Got our sprint bill on Monday and it was $15+ higher then last month. Wife call to find out why. Sprint rep says that "someone" ordered the phone photo package" whatever the hell that is. Wife tells them that No one ordered the package. Sprint tells her "someone" ordered it. After going back and forth with the sprint rep insisting "someone" ordered it, the wife finally tells them that it was kind of hard for one of us to order the package cause we were on a cruise off the coast of Mexico the day someone ordered the package. Rep agrees to refund the $15+ and remove the "package". It's kind of hard for sprint to argue when they get caught in a lie.
