SprintPCS Dishonest Business Practices, Customer Rip-offs London Kentucky
When buying a new SprintPCS Vision Cellular phone i was told that i woudl recieve free downloads for the first to months of my Vision Service. I was not told that there was only a $10 limit to those downloads, and i was charged $30. Even the $10 that was suppose to be free was not credited to my account.
Why was i not told about the $10 limit I wonder.
Why is my service turned off because i have not paid my $99 when i have a $200 spending limit?
