I got the family plan, 2 free phones. I was told and also read the 30 day guarantee.Well that was as useful as arraging the deck chairs on the titanic.I returned the phones 2 weeks later and called sprint and let them know we cancelled and returned phones.A month later I receive an e mail stating I owe $575.00.

Must be a mistake! The CS rep states we had the phone for 30 days and owe 2 cancellation fees,2 activation fees and 1 month of service plus taxes. I am very upset by now. I explained and she removed the canvellation fees,but would/could not remove anything else.I was told I had to pay activation fees. I told her to read their own 30 day guarantee. She then said I had to pay taxes of $135.11.

I asked her to explain, she couldn't. She said I had to call this other number to explain the taxes and tell them about MY problem. I call the number 866-770-6690, it gives you 3 choices about taxes no choice to speak with anyone. So I then call a Sprint store in my area. I was passed along to 3 different people. Finally this person tells me I owe 1 month usage $61.93, activation fees $36.00 x2. Plus TAXES. I the calmly told them send me an itemized bill.

So now I wait. Sprint is the WORST! Customer service is awful.They dont even know their own guarantees. I will fight to the end!
