Citizenship is not Simon's strong-point. He originates from the UK. and now resides under mystical name (AKA) George or Manuel in Barbados or Cuba. I've been following him long enough to know this much about his where about's. Elbow Valley, Calgary simply is not his style. Raven-Crest in Okotoks would be more than likely a good start for any and all followers on this SOB. My name is "GOLDFINGER" I'm holding court judgement against this person. Another warning to anyone dealing with or contemplating dealing with Mr. Simon Wilby. The following Notice has been issued by the Alberta Securities Commission:

ASC Staff Allege Illegal Sales of The Hear Now Incorporated Securities Oct 29 2009 The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) has issued a Notice of Hearing alleging that Calgary-based The Hear Now Incorporated, Simon Wilby, Gerard Besaw and Michael Sirman engaged in illegal sales of The Hear Now Incorporated securities to Alberta residents. ASC staff allege that from 2006 to 2008, The Hear Now Incorporated, Wilby, Besaw and Sirman illegally raised over 7 million dollars from Alberta investors by inducing investors to indirectly invest in the specialty pet product company through investment clubs, which were not compliant with Alberta securities laws. ASC staff also allege that the parties noted above made misrepresentations and prohibited representations to Alberta investors by stating investors could expect to receive a 119 per cent return on their investment by the end of 2008. An appearance to set a date for hearing in Calgary will held on December 10, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. in the ASC Hearing Room, 6th Floor, 300 5th Street 5th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta. Always go to references, including past customers, past and present exec (a revolving door at the exec level is a HUGE indication of mis-management), check with past employees.

We went on blind faith with the Hear Now. Now it's a legitimate company (always was) and previously it's dreams were bigger than possible. We bought the hype from the revolving-door exec and trusted our investor group to do due diligence.

Ultimate, YOU and only YOU are responsible for the decisions YOU make, and choosing to NOT do research is costly. It's cost us a lot, and so I want MY costly learning to benefit YOU.

DO YOUR RESEARCH! Ultimately, investing is a faith-based activity. Minimize the risk by doing your OWN due diligence.

I was just reading everyone complaints against Simon Wilby and I just don't understand why everyone is saying bad stuff about him. I have dealed with Simon before and he is a great guy and a soild person. I trust him 100% and he is such a giving person. He has helped so many people including myself and has helped many charities too !! All you people need to stop cutting him down and move on because you are wreaking his reputation and he is a good person so leave him alone !!!

Just for those of you who know or are being approached by this con artist he is at it again. I hear he has scammed large sums of money from people who invested in the Hear Now Inc. but has been kicked out. This guy should be in jail!! From reliable sources who personaly know Simon Wilby, he is now trying to extract funding from more gullable investors for a rechargeable cell phone battery system. I think he is calling it "SmartPower" or something....Another big scam!!! Stay away from this guy and anyone associated with him.

I wish I knew the truth. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything they are not guilty of... I was friends with Gerard for a long time before I invested with him. He has one of the most beautiful families one could ever image... very kind-hearted sincere people... but nothing in my business dealings with him (especially in the short escapade with theHearNow) would make me trust him. I did get out of theHearNow with all the money I entered into it with. I can't say anything about them and I have never met or had any dealings with Simon Wilby. I'd like to think Gerard is not of the same calibre of person as Simon. He really fooled me if that is the case. God only knows. As a person he as an exceptional warmth and wisdom. It is a shame that he would be so consumed by the "accumulation of wealth" when he could be teaching Catholicism or counselling people, which he obviously has a gift for, and would be of far greater good for humanity.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I felt good about my original post... like God was telling me that I was on the right track. I didn't get the same good feelings about my retractions. I'd like the email I got from Gerard concerning theHearNow to stand for itself. It is highly suspicious, but could be true, and if someone were to consider investing in either of these companies.... really investigate their claims. I had my money with Gerard for 7 years and never saw a penny in dividends, and I left stupidly, in haste, just wanting out, with about half of what I got in for, just because I was afraid I would be leaving with nothing.

The years I worked LONG hours to put money into his pockets were some of the worst years of my life.

If I have made any false claims about anyone in my emails I am sincerely sorry. But at the same time, given the negative experience I had, I just want those approached to be really careful by ANYONE who promises them extraordinary returns in a short time.

Keep your friends and family close. Find God and follow Him. And get an education. These are the best investments you can make.

I hear this individual has started a new company called theHearNow Inc selling GPS pet products. I am actually a former investor in this company and got out (or was bought out) when they found out that I was investigating it.

I got involved through a former friend named Gerard Besaw who I suspect may be a con artist too. He later handed the dealings to his son, Jarred Besaw. I know them from another company I got in and got out of (Brokerage Cleaning Consortium Inc.).

Here is a letter I got from Gerard persuading me to invest in theHearNow:

Dear Jim,

I met with Michael on Friday, October 6, for the update on what we can expect
over the next nine weeks.

He has stated that Fox Network in the United States who is known as Max Media
(www.media.com) will be arriving in Calgary within the next two weeks to do a
documentary on the Hear Now Inc. This documentary will be promoted on the Fox
affiliated Networks in the United States.

He also mentioned that the Hear Now has verbal appoval from the FCC, that is ,
The Federal Communications Counsel, and that they were waiting on the new mold
for the water seal for final stamp of approval from the FCC.

Once the final stamp of approval is in place........

France will transfer $250,000.00 US dollars into the Hear Now bank account by
the end of October and will be taking 100,000 units(10 million US dollars).

Italy will be depositing $250,000.00 US dollars by the 15th of November for the
territory of Italy and will be taking 100,000 units(10 million US dollars).

Australia and South East Asia will be depositing 2 million dollars for those
territories somewhere around the middle of November and taking 100,000 units
(10 million US dollars).

The Middle East and Africa will be paying depositing 10 million dollars for that
territory by the end of November but the number of units will not be determined
until November 20th when Michael and the team arrives in the Middle East for
their meeting with the Royal Family.

Further, the Shareholders Agreement that was signed with the Hear Now Inc. in
paragraph 7.1 states that the minimum of 50% of the net revenue of each month
is to be paid out on the 15th of the following month. Michael, who is the Vice
President and Treasurer of the Hear Now Inc., says that it is his intention to
have everyone's investment returned no later than the 15th of December. He also
mentioned that these orders above will repeat itself every month according to
their contract agreement. In short, our financial club could receive 3-6
million dollars by mid December to be dispursed out.

Michael has also stated that negotiations are now concluded with Germany and
Austria. In fact, they are in the process of negotiating the distribution
rights with the Cheks, UK, Switzerland, Russia and the United States. Our club
holds 2 million shares out of the total of 15 million and the club has the
exclusive right to any shares that may come available known as the right of
first refusal. Presently we have 170,000 set aside for the risk management
program for anyone who wishes to do something still. I strongly recommend that
you do.

There is so much B.S. in this email it isn't even funny. I don't know if Michael is Simon, but there maybe some connection between the two. Either way stay away from theHearNow, Brokerage Cleaning Consortium Inc, and Gerard and Jarred Besaw.
They are all bad news.
