Complaint Review: spytech

spytech led me to believe they had 24/7 tech support delayed me past the refund date Internet

Bought product and downloaded. Transfered to my phone and tablet. Both met all the requirements of the product.   Neither device would install the product. I immediatly contacted tech support of my problem. They suggested what I had already tried.

 Verify no security programms running, check allow the installation of apps from sources other than play store and reboot, try install. this failed to fix.   At this point they ignored my repeated requests for help.

 I opened a second help ticket. They responded saying my request for help was given a high priority and to be patient.  Turns out this was a delay tactic to push me past the three days to get a refund.  I have again repeatedly asked for help and a refund with no responce.

I did from the beginning of requsting help asked for real time support because their text based system is very very slow. This request was also ignored.  Last point Muhel said in second support ticket he was raising my first tick to high priority. when i went there it was closed.
