After much research, I decided that SpyAgent was the internet monitoring program I wanted for my computer. After all, a quick search on the internet shows "5 star ratings" and stellar customer reviews of their product. In hindsight, I wonder who posted them and how real those reviews are.

From day one, the program consistently crashes. What little time it is "operational", it does not capture all information the company claims it will capture (i.e. only outgoing chat instead of both directions). I have had this program for almost two months now and it still does not work. I have found customer support to be very unresponsive. The only time I can get any interaction is by demanding a refund. When they do respond, it generally consists of them telling me that my computer must be the problem which results in me doing all of the work in order to fix their product.

After it became apparent to me that this product will never work correctly I have made multiple requests for a refund to which I have been told by their CEO that I will not get. To this day, all I get from them are excuses and requests that I perform the same repeated troubleshooting steps for them. I have spent literally hours troubleshooting and corresponding with them and have nothing to show for it except for a lighter wallet and error messages on my computer reminding me that I have a worthless piece of software taking up some of my computer's memory.

We very rarely have a problem, or error we cannot successfully troubleshoot and correct for the customer. Since this customer was having problems we have not experienced before, and could not fix for him, we did indeed refund his order.
