I placed an order on September 2, 2020 for a camera. On September 21, 2020 I followed up on the delay. On September 23, 2020 I followed up on the delay again. On the same day a Joseph Castro replied to my email blaming COVID-19 for the delay. On October 9, 2020 I received a notification that the item was delivered to my Glendale, Arizona USA while the shipping tracker shows it still sitting in Korea for the past 12 days. They company has not responded to several emails since I received the delivery notice.
