Complaint Review: Spyware - Trekblue

I ordered this product in good faith, down loaded it and ran the scan. It looked great, worked well, till I went to use the products corrections, there was no access to it at all.

I went to all e-mail sites and couldn't get into some and others were not found. No help anywhere, no refunds no fixing the problem either. No place to go for help of any kind.

Now at this time of year, when money is tight, I had auto repairs, x-mas gifts and just got laid off last week.

This just adds insult to injury, salt would hurt less.
