Square Enix - PlayOnline.com Unauthorized Charge to Debit Credit Card!! I had never or would ever be interested in this site. Los Angeles California
On 2-2-2009 I was checking my bank account and noticed a charge that I had not made. The description said Square Enix/Play Online. I didn't even have a clue what it was. I looked it up online to find a gaming site I had never seen before in my life.
It was too late at night to imediately do anything about it. I was told by the 24hr customer service for my card to call back the next day and that transactions had already started processing for the night. I also had a pending charge for the gas I bought and if they both go through, I will end up with a $30 overdraft fee too.

That someone got a hold of your account information and used it to buy themselves some time to play online? Hopefully the bank and playonline.com can work this out.
