Complaint Review: Square Feat Inc.

This company is very shady. They subcontract out all their cleaning and floor care work and fail to pay their workers the correct compensation for each job. Please read the other complaint filed about this company on Ripoff Report. The author has them listed as Square Feet but it is actually Square Feat Inc.

I signed up as a sub contactor because I lost my job and needed the income to support my family. Everything about this company should have put up red flags from the initial meeting but I was desperate. I had to spend money I didn't have for supplies for the jobs they gave to me complete. Their contract in particular is very misleading. It actually states that if one of their customers even threatens to end service while your a subcontractor then you are liable for all administrative expenses and 6 times the company's monthly revenue.

I have not been paid for a half dozen jobs I completed for this company totalling over a thousand dollars. I am out of all the money I spent on supplies as well. They also never provided me with the correct information at various jobs sites and blame me for the mishaps.

I hope that nobody else has to go through what I am going through with this company. I have never filed a bad report about any company in my entire life. I plan on taking this to court as well, any judge within reason should dismiss their contract in a heartbeat as it is completely unreasonable!
