I have been using Square Up for months now and i must say i have never been so unhappy with a servie in all of my years using a number of credit card processers and payment gateway options for a wide range of businesses. First off Square is said to be valued at over $1 Billion, I find that a company this large should without a question have a phone number that customers can call....especially since they are controlling our money. Additionally the company only has around 70 employees, so this rish company is not using money to support customers needs or hiring more people to make the situation (this is a situation without a doubt) better. I do thousands of dollars a month in sales with this company but I  and all the people i referred to them are closing our accounts.

My main issue with this company at the current time is from a chargeback issues against me. After i was notified of this chargeback I quickly called my customer and settled it over the phone. He canceled the charge back that same day with Chase bank and provided me the confirmation number for the charge back cancelation. I quickly (same day) forwarded this to Square. This was over 6 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything other than nothing. with EVERY other payment processor i have ever used (all the major ones) this kind of issue is resolved without a couple business days. I have nothing to believe that they have either totally stolen my money or are letting it sit in an account to make them a little extra cash. Bottom line is if you actually want the money you work har to earn never ever ever use Square Up because they will find someway to screw you.....either through something like this or through all their crazy low limitations that are in small print. Square is the small print king of the payment processing world.
