Square Up Refunds payments and does no investigation San Francisco Internet
I have had a square account for a year now. Two of my customers decided to seek to charge back their payments to me over minor disputes. I do not offer refunds for my hours. I filed responses with square and despite all evidence to the contrary they refunded and removed money from my account with no dispute resolution.
They do not investigate despite their claims and do not communicate with their clients about the dispute. All they care about is their money.
