On April 24 2017 I was randomly charged by squarespace (I have never heard of this company at the time nor did I use their services) three times $20. Immediately I reported it to my bank and though no problem. I was recently reviewing my statements and I realised all three charges were reversed claims, so my bank account with Chase was given $60 credit and I rested easy only to see later on that my claims were actually reversed and I was still actually charged this $60. I’ve been ignored for months and have no replies from the constant complaints I have filed with squarespace from the contact sources on their site. How is it they are allowed to just charge a random person and get away with it? It would male sense if I at least had access to their services after the charges but I don’t have any confirmation emails or receipts. They charged me without even giving me anything foe the money they took from me. One thing I found interesting was that I was charged this after I bought a domain name www.looktowardthemoon.com for a 3 year lease and services from wix.com. Is wix somehow involved with this? Why was I charged 3 times? Why do I never get a reply from squarespace?
