Squaretrade TigerDirect False advertisements for warrantys! Nationwide
I purchased a Squaretrade warranty on May of 2013 to take effect in May of 2014. The warranty was described to me to take effect after the manufacturers warranty. Now Squaretrade is staying that theit warranty takes effect at the time of purchase. All documentation that was given to me shows that the warranty takes place after the manufacturers warranty. Several calls to Squaretrade, still no resolution. This a complete scam!
