Complaint Review: SquareYards

This complaint is mainly against real estate brocker M/s Square Yards  (Hong Kong based Real Estate Consultant which have branches in Qatar and UAE) so that other investors can be protected from this ongoing scam, and we can get the justice from Qatar government.

Grounds For Complaint

Bar Works Inc. (http://www.barworks.nyc), An USA based Work space company, who is doubted to be run by Ranwick Haddow (An under trial Scammer in UK for running capital alternatives). Click on below link for full detail:

SquareYards agents contacted investors assuring 14 to 15% annual returns and 120% money back after two years. Fund raise being done through squareyards agents located in Qatar,with false promise of assured 15% returns per annum. There is no communication from both squareyards and Barworks for the last two months and there is no returns yet. SquareYards representatives also have no update and now just raising their hands. Investor on the other side are helpless & under panic for losing their life saving, obviously it’s not bar works who came to investors, its SquareYards agents who approached investors and advocated their product. So if Bar Works turned out be scam, Agents should held responsible equally.

Charges against Agents:

1. Promoting a fraudulent investment in overseas without doing thorough investigation.
2. Promoting a Fraudulent investment for higher % of brokerage i.e. 20%, usual brokerage in real estate market is less than 5% .
3. Breaching the trust of investors, as investor followed the advice from agents.

Requested Resolution:

1. Full refund of investor money
2. Help investors for filing law suit on the fraudant company (Barworks nyc)
