Sranley Steamer ripoff phoney pricing, dirty & unclean workers Billings montana
we had Stanley Steamers in our house last year,
the price was not as it was advertized in the Billings Paper when they came they were not bussiness like,
and untrained and clueless on carpet cleaning,
we went outside to feed the animels, and came in and they
workers helped themselfs to milk and peanutbutter sandwiches,
the price was told to us it would be 99.00 and when the finished it was 190.00 for our 3 bedroom house dining room and hallway, family room when asked they said the mster bed was 3 rooms because of the
bathroom and closet, ( masterbed bath)is a room and (closet is a room) and they didnt even move anything, we figered the aprox sq. feet and it was 550 for what they cleaned,
we called and talked to John in Bozeman and he used some real choice words on us,

and where they were from. I do not own or use Stanly Steamer, but many others do. You can hurt their business by being so un-specific about the outlet location. Where they really Stanely Steamer?
That would be like me saying I ate at McDonalds and found a cat in my burger. Wouldn't you want to know which one so you could avoid it? Now guess which one I'm talking about.....

In response to this report, there is no way this report is a valid complaint since we have Never done any work in big timber. We also are not in billings nevada.
