SRC Leads SRC List SRC Leads They stole $2000 from me. I was lied to over and over again. I was forced to jump through all sorts of hoops to request a refund and now 6 months later there has been no resolution. Internet
SRC Lists stole $2000 from me. They guaranteed the leads they sold. I called every lead and mailed every lead a letter and did not receive a single response. I then requested my refund in Feb 2010. It is now nearly Aug and I still haven't received anything. I have gone through every one of their hoops to obtain this refund and I've got nothing. I have tons of emails from them promising dates that the refunds would be received. Those dates have passed and still nothing has happend. I was told that i would receive my refund in 30 days. It has been 180 days and still no refund. $2000 was stolen from me through lies told by company sales & customer service representitives. Teresa Bridges & Byran White were the representitives that I talked to throughout the process and emailed with. They told me bold face lies time after time after time.

I have heard of multiple companies like SRC... the big thing is the guarantee if nothing is written which it seems they are not honoring. I have not done any business with any of these types of lead companies and I just strictly use direct mail and strictly purchase consumer/business names and info only. Just purchasing the names and numbers, etc... is dirt cheap and send the names something and call behind, generate your own leads, etc... I believe that sometimes you gotta cold call if you want to get ur message out to the public, and with mail, at least u know it was sent out to them and if u get a letter back, they sender cannot deny requesting information.
Anyways, u ever report them to the BBB for not honoring your request?
Just curious, and good luck with everything.
