Complaint Review: SSC

While shopping at the local Wal-Mart I was approached by a young man asking if I would be part of a survey he was doing for school, I said sure and the question came a rolling (he had been doing this for quite some time with selling skills like his). In the end he whips out this little pamplet and asks me to buy a magazine so he can earn points for college for a trip. I said sure I'll look at the pamplet and told him I needed nothing from him. He said oh come on just pick one its for a good cause, which I did, I told him I;d take the turtle magazine. Little did I know this would cost me $37 for one bloody magazine. I though of a payent method and credit card popped in my head... I didn't have to pay just then but make payments if I did that, then I thought about scammers. I wrote a check instead and filled out my name and address on a slip for him.

When I got home I thought about the sale and realized that I had no reciept nor did I see this man write anything down about what magazine I wanted. Of course he thought he could get away with this me being a female with a toddler to distract her.

I canceled the check a*****e! Try me next time will ya?
