Complaint Review: SSK Communities

SSk ommunities/Walton Mobile Home Park/Deer Trace Pointe, Walton, KY.

The recently purchased another property and the last owners RHP properties were selling mobile homes and flipping them like crazy.

They were advertising home for sale, selling them and then after promising titles, blew people off and never gave them one.

Now this comany is telling people if they don't have a title they can't renew their leases and will not accept their rent and then putting them in default with late charges and then going to take their homes from then.

this is unethical/immoral and down right mental and emotional abuse on the tenants here and the ones who provided titles are being giving another reason why they cannot renew their leases. 

For example now we cannot have roommates and when you get rid of the roommates they tell you they are not renewing them anyway and they don't need a reason, it is their land.

What is really going on here, seems to me they are trying to get trailers real cheap/free to reselll or rent so they don't have to buy them.

They are taking the families swingsets, trampolines, etc to make them live like prisoners in their own homes,

Bullying and intimdating and not taking rent payments and then holding people in default so they can put a lien on your home and then take it over and in the process ruin you credit is illegal/unethical/immmoral business tactics.

Thiey are hoping thes families/people get scared,move out with not problems to them and they get to seize their homes so they don't have to buy them.

this is a growing problem with mobile park owners trying to get something for nothing even free labor when they sell the home and don't provide a title and expect the residents to still fix them up and pay lot rent whey until they provide a title they are still by law the owner/landlord and are required to do all the repairs on the home.

Nice reverse psychology tactics right, they have intention of letting you fix up the home and then they take it back to resell at a higher price that you paid not them,  

They think they are slick in lying and leading people to believe they are a good company and then turning it on you to make it look like you are the problem.

They aren't giving the residents time to move their homes if they don't meet the criteria and if they do they give them notice anyway and tell them they don't need a reason, to force you out and take over your home.

No matter what hoops you jump theu are still after your home/.
