I have seen ST. Aloysius OutReach Program hired drug dealers give substandard food stale donuts no hot cook food. People who don't possess food handler's cards are giving homeless people bad advice like finding housing for them with out a income or a job without a high school diploma or a highschool equivalent certificate a G.E.D. or a work history.

Michael thomas is telling people like homeless and low income people he can find them jobs without work experience and income to rent a apartment or get to work. The program is so corrupt and also fraudulent. This michael have to lie to people about the situation at st.aloysius. Could you investigate the situation at st.aloysius outreach program and center?
