Do not pay up front to this "builder/contractor"...AND do not work for this person without payment up front if you are a subcontractor. Aaron has not paid multiple subs for work done on houses in Denison, Tx and Sherman, Tx. I have text from him saying he will pay but then of course he never does. He finally responded after 2-3 weeks of repeatedly trying to contact him and he says he'll meet up with you to pay you but then he'll have some type of last second excuse, classic conman. He knows how to bypass certified mail notifying him of liens that will be placed on the houses he has "built" or worked on. Open criminal records show he has mulitple DWIs and one Boating while Intoxicated. He is not only a theif but he will also eventually kill someone on the road or lake. Avoid at all cost Aaron St. Amour. He has no website or reviews online but yet he says he's been in business for years.
