I am very angry at St. Cloud dealership. I used this website (https://my.subaru.com/login/login.jsp) to twice set up an appointment for my new cars 3750 mile service. When that failed I emailed them directly. I received a phone call to schedule an appointment on my cell phone, unfortunately I was away from my computer to access my calendar. I hence called back and scheduled an appointment for Saturday July 5, 2008 at 10:30 am. Service is not open then! I drove 71.35 Miles one way to St. Cloud, MN. only to be told I could not be helped they have no one working in Service on Saturdays though they did try once "but it did not work out" and "sorry". Not to mention that my two trade-in's were undervalued and resold on the lot for over double the trade in value. Also that your account manager added extra percentage rates to my loan through Chase.

Contacted the BBB

I contacted the BBB, a most unhelpful bunch if you ask me. Yet they were able to get a response from St. Cloud Subaru's General Manager (Scott Benent) which he states; " Mr. Rinde has used our service department and has another appointment set up since this complaint. I guess we can't be too bad. He also has used profanity to my staff in sales and in service also in front of customers. If he doesn't want to do business anymore I understand. Sincerely Scott Benent General Manager"

Yes, it is true that I used the service department to fix auto tire pressure gauge (under warranty) and an oil change as required to keep said warranty. Yes, I did use profanity in front of customers yet only to a single sales person who was nasty and confrontational. At which time I informed the customers to do business elsewhere as they would have the same or similar problems as me. As far as doing business with St. Cloud Subaru they are 1.5 hours from my home and the closest. The other dealership is 3 to 4 hours away depending on traffic. So yes they are bad, as I was and am being treated badly by this dealership and it's higher level staff.

As far as the BBB is concerned, they would like to close this case as is. I am unwilling at this time to do so.
