On Feb 13th, at approx. 8PM, my son's father came upstairs and said that somebody was knocking at the door. I went downstairs, opened the door to the caseworker, and 4 law enforcement officers standing behind her. I was very confused as to why law enforcement was with her. She told me that she was there to do a home-visit. I asked her why she was doing a home-visit at 8pm at night, and why law enforcement was with her. She explained the reason why law enforcement was with her was for her safety.
I have not once threatened her or made her fear for her safety. She said that the day that she told me that my daughter was not coming home, I was acting erratic.
I was crying, OF COURSE. What mother would not be?! Acting erratic? Absolutely not. If that were the case, I am sure I would have got arrested, being that we were in a government center. Well I explained to her that I did not have to let her into my home, and i most definitely did not have to let law enforcement into my home being there was no need for law enforcement to be at my house. I began to close my door, and she attempted to force herself into my home.
I then shut my door and locked it. About an hour later law enforcement began to threaten to take further action if I did not open the door. So, after a while, I went downstairs, and opened the door. I explained to her I would only allow herself, and the female Sargent into my home, no other officers.
They came into my home, and she asked for a UA, I told her yes, I just needed to drink some water, as I did not have to use the restroom now. About 10 minutes of her and the sergeant being in my home, the caseworker mentioned that she was on call so she needed to step outside to make a phone call, when she walked out, the Sargent followed behind her, about 2 minutes later the Sargent entered back into my home, and approached me, she then asked me if I was on probation, I answered yes, she then said that I had a warrant for my arrest, which I knew was not at all possible, as I had just spoke with my probation officer a couple days prior, and everything was good!!
She kept stating that I was wrong, and that there was a warrant. She then asked if I wanted to see the warrant, and I said absolutely! That never happened, not once did I see a warrant.
Shortly after she had finished placing hand cuffs onto me, 2 more male officers entered into my home, and began to go upstairs, approaching my son’s father, asking him the same thing, if he was on probation, he answered yes, and they then said that he had a warrant as well. Which once again, was not true at all.
He spoke with his probation officer the same day I spoke with mine. In the police report it specifically states that the caseworker called the district attorney and the district attorney told her that if they were able to get warrants for our arrests from probation, than that would then make my son’s father and I would no longer be available to our son, and she then would be able to take him into “custody” and place him in foster care with my daughter;
At the time of all of this going on, We had a family member there, and we stated that we wanted our son to go with her, as there is the law that family before foster care, and the caseworker said no, and took our son, as we went to jail.
She crossed county boarders, as she is a St Croix County caseworker, and I was residing in Pierce County at the time of her removing him from my home. I have not seen my son face-to-face since March 15th.
I had a face-to-face visit with my daughter Wednesday June 17, 2020 but was told that I was not allowed to see my son, and mind you they ARE in the same foster home. not only my civil rights/liberties but more importantly both kids' have been violated as well.
I’m just hoping to get some sort of clarity or something for once.

from this report. You stated you and your boyfriend are on probation so what are you both on probation for?? When you went to Jail and went in front of a judge what were the charges brought against you and your boyfriend??
You prohibited law enforcement from entering your house while they were there to investigate charges of child abuse/neglect/abandonment and that was a HUGE mistake. SO what is the real story because you fail to mention that. And NO I do not work for this agency.
