We have a neighbor that is a friend of ours, they have helped us a lot. She is related to a receptionist (Amanda Blalock , who is feuding with our neighbor) that works for St. Johns in Salem. My daughter is a patient of DR Maynards at St. Johns. Because she is has become a friend with our neighbor, Amanda conspired to get my daughter kicked out of St. Johns clinic in Salem, My daughter received a certified letter saying she had to find a new doctor but did not say why. When she called to find out, Amanda answered the phone and told her it was abuse of medications. ( How would she know?  She is neither a nurse or her dr.) I manage her meds and keep them in a safe. I believe that she is using her position at St. Johns to manipulate the situation. The print out from the Rx confirms that she has not been abusing her meds. The administrator at the Rolla St. Johns clinic , Julie, says that Amanda is a nurse and can have my daughters records, however her Sister in Law says she knows for a fact the Amanda is not.   I would like to sue them but have neither the means or idea how to do it or for what. I believe there are violtions of the HIPAA laws and my Daughters welfare has been jeopardized because of this vindictive woman that works for St. Johns. And Dr. Maynard has not spoken to my Daughter or myself about the situation.
