St Jude Home care agency fabricated an incident to fire me. USED FALSE CREDENTIALS FROM MY INMEDIATE SUPERVISOR TO PREVENT ME FROM GETTING UNEMPLOYNMENT BENEFITS. DAMAGED MY REPUTATION. Acussed me of insubordination and even when i presented evidences from my inmediate supervisor that THE AGENCY OWNER WAS LYIG NO ONE LISTEN TO ME. i ended up unemployed, denied benefits and in the street with my two children, one pregnant and with the humilliation of this woman laughing in my face in the review meeting. She shoed me that day that poor people are not heard
if they do not have a lawyer. She shoed me that civils rights do not exist if you can not pay to caim them.

I don't know the woman who filed this report....DO YOU? If not, why don't you keep your big mouth shut and stay out of something you know nothing of. Your response says absolutely NOTHING. And by the way, you're WRONG. Companies practice discrimination against minorities all the time. I know because I've witnessed it, never mind how.
Unless you have knowledge of this case, then stay out of it, and stop being a fly in the ointment. I hope you eat a fly today.

There are three sides to every story. YOUR side, THEIR side, AND THE TRUTH!!! There are NOT going to JUST fire you without cause. Your states Labor Board frowns on those type of terminations. If you were fired, then they thought they had good cause to. If they used insubordination, then guess what, no state is going to give you unemployment because of THAT alone. So how about a better "version" of the story. You knoe one that ACTUALLy admits to YOUR role in the situation. Youre trying to play the victim here and make THEM look like the bad guys. This is a COMMON TACTIC used by those individuals who dont want to admit that THEY played a role in the situation. You were fired, there is MUCH more to this story then YOU are either telling or admitting. I would suggest that you file a better more truthful version BEFORE your ex-job sees the report. Opinions are oftimes swayed by what an individual percieves as the truth. YOU make it sound like YOU were some poor little waif who the big bad troll monster bosses fired for being sweet and innocent. WE KNOW THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH!!! SO try again AND BE HONEST.
