Do not use St Jude Pet groomer . Luis came to groom my dog which is 15 years old and has been groomed since she was two months old.
He shaved her entire tail. Her ears were shaved as well and completely uneven. The top of her head has hair missing. He nicked her in three different places and she's bleeding. His excuse was that she was old and was not used to being groomed.
She may be old but she has never had an issue being groomed. Every 5 to 6 weeks she's been groomed. This has been the most horrible cut that my dog has gotten in all her years. On top of the horrific cut she received I had to give Him $50. I could have done a better job with an electric shaver than this guy did!
