Brian was my salesman that sold me on thier services, he promised me lots of savings - to cut my bill in 1/2. After being with the same processor for over 10 years, I thought why not, lets give it a shot.

I have been with them 4 months, my bills have actually increased. Last month I changed to a new bank, I gave them all my new account numbers, my store 1 money changed
over to the new account fine, store 2 took approximately 4 phone calls and 2 faxes, alot of agravation and time, but finally went to the new account. Then last week I noticed that store 2's money was not going into the bank.

I then faxed over 2 faxes and 2 messages with please help written all over my faxes. I am still waiting for that return call. I called this morning and tried to get a manager or someone in charge to help me. I was told everyone in charge is in a meeting. Meanwhile my money is going nowhere.

My bills last month each had what they call a "compliance charge" for 69.00 x 4 accounts, then
they charged me $20.00 x 4 to change my bank account. I spoke with a Sandra this morning after waiting on hold 22 minutes and all she could tell me
She does not know where my money is going and will call me back. That was 6 hours ago.

This has been one of my worst mistakes. I got on line and read someone elses story and found out they are having similar problems. I would not recommend this company to my worst ememy. They are keeping my money, which I think is illegal, and they need to be stopped

After reading this report it seems to be misleading. It was actually global payments (credit card processing company) that was the ripoff. I work at St. Louis Auto & Truck Repair and see this ripoff report as confusing and just wanted to clarify.
