St. Louis Tree Anthony Cacioppo Paid for tree removal but never received service Kirkwood Mo
I hired Tony Cacioppo of St. Louis Tree $2100, with a remaining balance of $250, to remove a large tree from my front yard in Dec of 2017. He removed minor limbs from the tree but has provided no additional services. He's promised to come back to finish removal but has never fulfilled that promise.
He's no longer responding to calls or messages. I've reached out to other service providers to get a quote for removal of the tree and they have all said that what he did remove is inconsequential to the project and they would need a similar fee to move forward.
