Complaint Review: ST LOUIS WINGS

Get this hard to believe as this has NEVER happened to me before in my life. A couple years back I had visited this bar for plate of wings and they do have good wings but the bartender there Roy makes a career out of pissing people off. Poor service lots of attitude. Seems this is his only dead end job as our guess if you work in this kind of establishment for any length of time, he somehow feels he has the G-d given right to pick fights and abuse people. Whats worse is he turns it around and makes you think you have created the problem. We left and never vowed to return as this intransigent person is nothing more than complete jerk. 24 months later heading home my wife and I decided to grab a quick bite. We entered the bar and sat quietly. We asked if we could be served when all of a sudden out of nowhere this guy Roy appears with an appearance that matched his personality. A pale faced miserable man wearing a cheap pair of glasses and strip of fur on his chin resembling what my dogs rear end appeared. About ready to order with the menu open he says and quotes  "Your lucky your allowed in here you acted like a(((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))goof last time you were in here" I was lost for words. I came in to have a plate of wings not have an altercation I replied" He kicked up such a stink that one of the waitresses asked him what was wrong. We decided to leave as there was no point in staying. What worse is if this person had any skills whatsoever all he had to do is ask someone elset to serve us. Instead he went out of his way to create an altercation that with just about anyone else would have caused a real fight. We are truly not sure how this person can remain gainfully employed as we complained to their corporate office some time back but our guess is they do not seem to really care as he is still working there carrying on. I guess this is one of their valued chicken wing employees. Roy was an abusive jerk who does not belong gainfully employed let alone in what is suppose to be a service industry. Frankly we hate to waste this kind of energy posting something like this let alone on a holiday weekend. We simply just wanted to kick back have some wings and head home. But Roy the miserable person that he is went out of his way to create an altercation and if we remember correctly this is what he did some time back. Apparently rumor has it that he has this problem with others an appears more vacuous than words can describe. A kind hello or any sort of conversation and letting any bygones be bygones would stultify this man. Lets be realistic why would anyone take time to post something like this? Simple. Because this person Roy is nothing more than a true jerk that belongs cleaning toilets and be kept away from people. But even cleaning toilets might be a job too highly skilled for this person. Roy your a real piece of work. We shall leave your last name out of the equation as were confident to say that everyone will know who were talking about based on the location.  And the fact you have now tarnished the image of your companies brand is good enough for us.You are a sad excuse of a grown man. A grown up would not act like this let alone someone who has any business sense. We are sorry we have to post this but the truth needs to be told and we have a few other people that will be posting here that have shared similar experiences. Pour yourself a long drink Roy get over it. We never did anything a while back, you created that altercation the same way you created this one. We hope your head office sees this as were going to post this on facebook along with 200 blogs including a youtube video for the world to see.
