St. Paul Stamps sold me a set of "Rare" Trans-Mississippi Stamps during several transactions during 2011 - 2013, for over $11,000.  The final sale was a 1c-$2 Trans-Mississippi Rare Proof Set (Scott's # 285-293 1898) for $5000, which, was never received, because "it might get lost by Fed-Ex". Dean was the representative spoken to, and who have the the entire stamp set sold at the next auction would occur in spring of 2013. Terry Britain, the manager and owner of St Paul Stamps, would sell the set of stamps at the next auction in March 2013, including the Trans Mississippi Rare Proof Set being held by St Paul stamps. Dean called only once since the Proof Set "scam purchase", and my calls have never been returned. Now there is only a recorded voice saying to leave a message and they will get back to me, which, has never occurred. I was given a guarentee of at least 18% gain in profit after 1 year. If the stamps did not sell in 1 year, they would provide me with a full refund, and Dean would be calling every 40 days to keep me updated. None of this occurred as St Paul Stamps is obviously a sham stamp trading company setup to steal money using "rare" stamps as the vehicle.
