I moved out here to San Tan Valley to be closer to the Florence Jail as I had been volunteering there every Sunday I would preach to up to 60+ inmates every week sharing Christ with them. - Used other people in the community to mess with my business, either by asking them directly to do so or by encouraging them to do so. This person renamed their Business Directory after my Business Directory and My Trade name San Tan Valley Business Directory This started after I had put up additional free to the public news sites in San Tan Valley.
- Stacy uses her Facebook profile for a smear attacks and to encourage people to Round up the Boys and come to my house and pay me a visit? This doesnt sound to me like they are wanting to come out and talk to me but maybe take me to the back 40 and do me and my family harm??? Another person talked about Hanging me What kind of person encourages behavior like this? In our day and age Stacy do you really want to encourage your Facebook friends to get the Boys together and come pay me a visit? Thats the scummiest, lowest behavior I have ever seen from a business competitor! In my honest opinion you are a sick person to encourage that kind of behavior and to promote this by telling them I am stealing traffic from you, please let me know whey you became the owner of Google and owned that traffic! - Filing online harassment charges against me? Stacy posts like this are not online harassment, this as you should know being in the business is freedom of speech and a way to rebut things you post online about me. In my opinion the only reason you are doing these unethical business tactics is so that you could write a letter to another local newspaper because I think your afraid that I will be helping them come to San Tan Valley and That will infringe on what you think is your territory. What a waste of our community dollars! And a waist of Law Enforcements time!
- Filing Injunctions Against Harassments. I will give you props for this! Spending $6.00 and your complaint is that I used Bible Scripture against you and demanding 2 minutes of your time in some kind of loud voice!!! I laughed my a*s off with this one. First off I have never used bible scriptures against you in any way shape or form and there where over 50 people at that event and in the room when I being the person that you wronged was still trying to give you a chance to just apologize, I politely asked if you had two minutes to see if we could work out or differences. Bible Verses? There is only one time I have ever sent you or even talked to you with bible verses, when you wrote me, crying about the real San Tan Valley Chamber had purchased the domain name San Tan Valley Publication I wrote you back the following to encourage you that things would work out if they where doing something wrong (which they where not):

Its like our current situation, your like a mosquito to me (just an irritant but I dont let you bother me), you can send out some really well fabricated emails to people, file $6.00 Injunctions to ultimately keep me from all the local network groups and city functions that we both attended, Again that is the most brilliant unethical Business Tactic I have seen in the business world to date (Bravo!) Encourage and Like the idea of doing me physical harm & bringing out the boys to come pay me a visit and
Now this letter takes that cake! I am working with the one of the best local newspapers in Pinal county and you send this to them???
Ed, Although I hear through the grapevine that you're not too fond of me...I do respect your publication and what it does for the AJ community as the locally owned newspaper for that market.
It appears that you've started doing business with a Mr. David Malton by the link below. You should know a few facts, many of which have been posted publicly by Mr. Malton, himself, and have been verified:
1. Mr. Malton has been served an Injunction Against Harassment, in part, for his delusional behavior.
2. Mr. Malton has violated federal trade name laws and a few others with intellectual property rights (I know your company has not had a ton of experience in this matter and may not know what to look for).
3. Mr. Malton is currently under investigation for violation of the Arizona revised statute for Cyber Harassment.
4. Mr. Malton has spent several years in prison for drugs, creating fake IDs and creating fake check registers.
5. Recently, Mr. Malton has been served with a cease and desist letter for his illegal and unethical practices.
6. I have physical proof, and statements from the community of libel and slander.
7. We have more than 60 pages of documentation against Mr. Malton.
If you are NOT doing business with him, you should know he is using your logo and company name in the link below to generate revenue for himself online (this seems to be standard practice for him and he just used the Independent a month ago). If you ARE doing business with him, I thought you should know these facts. And, Ed, these are facts. You might also want to ask yourself why a majority of his facebook fans on the link below (where he is using your logo) are from out of state? How is this a benefit to your advertisers, unless they sell an online product that can be shipped anywhere in the US? In our business, clearly, LOCAL followers is the key to success.
Regardless of your personal feelings, Ed, it would be a shame to get "into the trenches" with this type of business, in my opinion. Nothing good can come of this for the citizens of AJ and your avid supporters.

Ed I filed an Injunction against Dave because he is telling everyone what I am doing to him.
Dave put a News Story about me up on his news site that I dont like and he used my real name and my company name
I went down and filed charges against David because again he puts what I am doing up online.
Ed Dave went to Prison for Checks and Drugs in 2004, he got out started an inmate ministry and has now moved out to Arizona and been a vollenteer chaplain at the Florence county jail for over 2 year, you should watch out for this guy he may share Jesus with you!
I had Dave served with a letter from a lawyer that said quit talking about me and how dare you start a news site with the world Today in it!
I have Physical Proof that David is rebutting everything I am saying about him online and its making me mad
We have more that 60 of type font size 50 of David using his right to free speech and to defending his name and reputation in our community

Stacy, you need to get a grip. You are Not the only News site in San Tan Valley and youre going to have competition. I hope you can start acting more mature in the choices you make in the future. A community newspaper owner receives death threats and calls to his advertisers. The price people pay to bring the local news is great, at times. Today Publications supports local newspaper owners and appreciates the sacrifices made to help our communities.
Whats amazing about this is that the owner of San Tan Valley Today was liking comments that had to do with a business owner (Myself) that seemed to be threatening violence towards me. The Boys Coming to my House and Hanging Me!!! Youre again very sick to like comments like this!

Well I thought this was a dead issue until someone told me that you where up to your old trash talking again. I encourage everyone, Call Bryan Martin and others on her list and see what they would say about Stacy Purper today.
Again we went to court, I won because you lied. 60 Pages of evidence that you went around telling everyone you had but you could not show a single page at our court date…
If I ever made a libelous comment about Stacy Purper she would have been the first one trying filing a charge or taking me to court. Do business with this lady at your own risk. Again call those people on her reference list and see what they will say about Stacy Purper today.
Call the owner of the paper she sold and ask him what kind of Business ethics he thinks Stacy Purper has… I bet that’s the last person she would want you to call…Once again, we went to court, and you lost. You could not come up with a single page of evidence or a single witness who would come to court with you.
You also did not deny the fact that it was you and your mouth that got me removed from preaching at the jail when we went to court, I have this on the audio of the court transcripts if you want me to put that online here for everyone I will be glad to do so.

Chubby CheckerHere is the Major Difference between #Stacy Deprey Purper and myself. Stacy likes to tell a lot of stories and most of her stories have more twists than a song. When I write an article about Stacy Deprey Purper I include factual documentation to prove what I am saying about Stacy.
Recently I had to take her to court to fight the $6.00 Injunction Stacy Purper filed against me. When we went to court these are some of the things that transpired. And please using common sense take into account that if you where afraid of anyone and felt the need to seek an order of protection against them, and assuming that you had an I.Q higher than 2, would you not bring to court all the 60 Pages of Evidence you keep telling everyone in town you had?
Well guess what, out of the 60 pages Stacy Purper claims to have brought to the sheriffs office she seemed not to be able produce a single page when we showed up in front of the judge. Now on the other hand I myself came prepared. After showing the Honorable Judge all of my evidence that I brought to court and making the following statements to the Judge about this whole mess and those statements went something like:
Judge on the matter of me not being able to preach at the jail anymore as Mrs. Purper keeps trying to plaster all over the community I received a phone call 3 days after I put an article online outlining in regards to what Stacy Purper was doing to me. A mutual friend told me that he just received a call from Stacy Purper, and in that phone call Stacy Purper told him something along the lines of Ha Ha he does not volunteer at the jail as a chaplain any more. Does it make more sense that my visitors card was pulled because of this or that 4 months earlier I gave a letter to an inmates bunkmate, which was a letter for court, stating that this inmate had attended the church services for over a year of services I presided over. The inmate did get in trouble for having another inmates mail or property (I did not know this was not allowed at the time) and yes I was told not to do this again. This happened almost 4 months prior and up until this time I was conducting 3 services every Sunday as a volunteer, and my card was pulled the following Sunday after I heard that Stacy called the jail.
The second statement was in our closing statements. I explained to the judge and showed that everything that Stacy Purper was saying was twisted, or untrue. I asked the judge if she has 60 pages of proof that this was the day to bring it and yet she did not have a single page of anything except for a contradictory letter from her buddy. I informed the Judge that this was the dirtiest most scumbag way, but I will give her brilliant way to take a business competitor out of the community. Well her crockadile tears and lies where seen threw by the Judge because I won my case and Stacy Purper lost!
Stacy tells everyone that I have attacked her. When the Judge asked her point blank if I had ever attacked her she said No when the judge asked if I have ever threatened her or her family she said No she actually told the judge that I am as calm in public as I was in court which made her claim that I Demanded 2 minutes of her time even more ridiculous and unbelievable.
Stacy Purper still owes me money and I guess the best way out of paying a debt it to go on the attack. I am not the only business that Stacy Purper seems to owe money to either. So its my opinion that if you are going to work for Stacy Purper that you get paid first, here is a statement by another business owner in the community.

Now who was this comment about to this day I think everyone would love to know. Do we really have
elected politicians working with known criminals and if we do why doesnt Mrs. Stacy Purper list the Politicians (Plural) with the Known Criminals Plural? In my opinion she does not list the names because its either not true (most likely the case as we do have some pretty reputable politicians out here) or she does not want to be sued for liable. In my opinion these comments seem to be a pattern of the bullying and Tabloid writing style Mrs. Purper uses in our community, and should be a waring to local politicians what you might do or say around Stacy Purper.
My Final Thoughts
It seems to me that this entire community was torn in half when Mrs Purper left the San Tan Valley Chamber of commerce and along with 2 other people started a new networking group with a very similar name. ( It also appears she is doing this again as I believe she has left Network Together and is starting another networking group with a similar name (Better Business Together) This has divided the business community here in San Tan Valley and has been a lose lose situation for all of us businesses owners. Mrs. Purper claims to be for local businesses here in San Tan Valley but instead of supporting local businesses she invites other businesses from outside the community to compete with local businesses
How does this Support Local Business?
She decided not to support San Tan Valley by having a business location here (other than a PO Box), but has her office or desk space rented out in a Queen Creek location from what I last heard. If you love a community and the county that its in why not open up your office here? Why not buy a home here? That what I did Why would you invite other businesses here when the ones here already are having such a hard time?
Many business owners out here thought that the ride was overas we heard she sold the paper and moved out to deer valley but like a boom-a-rang she keeps finding her way back. We have plenty of news sites and networking groups out here now. We have the Ledger, San Tan Valley News, San Tan Valley. Com, please go and play in Deer Valley where you live and let the rest of us who actually live here and support our community have a chance to better our community threw community projects, Volunteer work and ethical business practices. And please call all the references she lists and see if they have the same opinion of Mrs. Stacy Purper now.
My past that was almost 10 years ago is no excuse for your recent behavior. Quit telling people that I spent 8 years in prison you liar. Your mouth is like a shotgun every time it goes off someone in the community gets hurt. When Stacy Purper starts using the word delusional it means someone is telling
the truth when she uses the term rant it means someone is untwisting her stories so you can understand whats really going on. When she says they spent hours it means they wrote something in 5 minutes to let you the reader be more informed.
Once again I would like to remind the community, We went to court. I won and Stacy Deprey Purper lost her case agaist me. Tell the Truth and the Truth will set you free!

It's been nearly a year since Mr. David **** filed this untrue, malicious report against me on Rip Off Report and unfortunately, I've had a couple of people ask me about it. Since your company reports not to delete any inaccurate and libelous information, I'm forced to comment.
My rebuttal is simply this: The true facts are that Mr. David **** has spent many years in a California prison for drugs, among other things. He made his living by directing and acting in pornographic bondage films and by forging ID's so people could cash stolen checks. (His porn name was Ross Lullaby, King of Bondage, if you'd like to look him up and prove what I'm telling you is true). As I understand it, he was also fired from a volunteer chaplain position at the jail because he was violating policy by passing notes back and forth from prisoners to people on the outside, which was against policy for certain inmates.
After Mr. **** made several online threats against me for things I've never done, I went to court to seek an Injunction Against Harassment against him, after taking the nearly 60 pages of online harassment from Mr. **** to the Sheriff's Office. They advised me that threats like this should not be taken lightly and that I should seek protection from the court against Mr. ****. After reviewing the evidence, the judge granted my request.
Throughout this process, Mr. **** started an online site from his home, using my personal name, my company name and our LLC name in his Search Engine Optimization. At the time, my husband and I owned the newspaper in our community. Our attorney sent him a cease and desist letter, as he was infringing on our trade name and copyrights and using unethical tactics to lure people on google to his web site filled with typos and errors when they were really looking for our professional newspaper company. His tactic was to confuse the general public into thinking that his site was really the community newspaper.
Mr. **** professes to be a devout Christian. His hours upon hours of rantings, libelous comments and irrational behavior certainly don't scream "Christian". My God definitely would not condone this behavior.
My years of recommendations and successful and ethical business practices speak volumes for me and our businesses. It is my sincere hope that Mr. **** can move past his obsessive and delusional thoughts and focus on his own ventures.
