The word on the street is that she was fired from her last employer for the exact same issues. She was paid a substantial retainer fee and to this day after over 70 phone callsand leaving 20 messages (when you can get through to her answering machine which is always full, probably with other unfortunate victims of her terrible unprofessionalism) I still get no response.
If you have been screwed over by this lady go the Bar Association and file a grievance against her. Protect your self. She should not be allowed to practice law!

My boyfriend and I used Stacie for a Child Custody battle in 2001 and she was wondedrful. She always answered our questions and took us step by step through the court procedings. She is an amazing attorney and we are very thankful that we were recommended to her. 9 years later and we are needing a family law attorney again for the same case and the first person that we contacted is Stacie. We have faith that she will guide us in the same professional way that she did in 2001.
I know people get upset when they do not win their case or it does not go the way they hoped it would, but to write this and try to hurt the reputation of a good attorney, should not be allowed. I purchased an apple and it was great and my neighbor purchased one at the same time and his had a worm in it. We do not always get the results we are hoping for.

Stacie Trageser has been my family attorney for nearly 10 years. She has always been a great comfort through the hard times. Her compassion and dedication to her clients is outstanding. I have referred many people to her over the years and they like me have been completely satisfied with great outcomes. If you are looking for an attorney that will keep your best interest at heart with complete dedication to each and every one of her clients then take it from me Stacie will not let you down. I have put my childs safety and well-being in her hands and as always, she stood by my side and helped me get the results my child deserved. I know you can't make everybody happy all the time and the decision of the courts is final, but Stacie has always stated the facts and abided by the guidelines of the law and in the end I was very satisfied.
