Allan is the person who outsources his job to different countries and gets the job done and then never pays for the job.
We have recently come across this fraud when he got 3 different projects done from us and we have not been paid on that. He doesnt pick up the calls or anything and happily takes credit for the finished projects and the websites.
After several unanswered emails, phone calls and skype chats, this man doesnt have any answer on if he ever intends to pay us. We have decided to report this person after many attempts to get the payments from him that we deserve to receive but unfortunately, such cheap companies are shame to the industry because they get paid from the customers but doesnt pay and appreciate the people who have worked on the job and finished it with the greatest of precision.
We strongly feel that we will spread this word out to everyone not to do business with him especially the companies who wants to work with him on outsourcing models or the companies who wants to give their jobs to This company. They will rip you off like they did for 3 of our projects which are completed, live and yet unpaid.

This is in regard to a company I used to work for. All matters in this report have been resolved between both companies. It is worth mentioning that the projects mentioned in the report were internal projects and I do not, nor have I ever, outsourced any work from a customer. All projects I'm involved in are developed by myself or with the help of a local team. If possible, I would like to have my personal name removed from this report as it's a company I was affiliated with in the past. Thank you.
