Complaint Review: Stacy Gillespie

Stacy Gillespie is one of the biggest crooks in the timeshare industry. He owns several scam companies and tries to hide them under LLC names as well as other names. They are all his. I have researched this guy online and look for yourself, he has so many bad complaints with the BBB that he obviously changed the name from American Timeshare Closing to ATC-LLC so that he can not be found under that name.

He boasts that he will buy timeshares but you will find that not only will he scam you out of the money, it may not even get transferred. Do your research to find out that his companies are all under one roof. HE is very evasive about anything and when I ask to come to their office, they have excuses why I cannot do that. It is because they probably work in a boiler room type location and are afraid to be exposed.
