Robbie Ward, attorney, and fiance to James Mann, created a lease contract between Marsh Trucking, LLC and Stagg Energy.

The manager of Stagg Energy was, James Mann, the owner of Stagg Energy was Steve Staglett.  They had no intention of keeping the contract, they created between Stagg Energy and Marsh Trucking, LLC. but filling bankruptcy on Marsh Trucking, LLC.

The agreement was $95.00 an hour for the use of 5 separate trucks and 5 vacuum trailers, equalling $950.00 an hour. They were to provide drivers and insure the safe use of the trucks and vacuum trailers, in addition, they would repair the damage of the trucks and trailers.  This is all inclusive in the contract, reviewed by our attorney and signed by James Mann.

In addition, when the contract was over, they would return the trucks and vacuum trailers to CO.

They were late on several payments, so we traveled to San Antonio to pick up the checks at the office of Stagg Energy. The owner of Stagg Energy Steve Staglett,  was present,  and told the Marsh Trucking, manager, "they had no intention of paying us and planned on fn us and to leave the office." He left and went to look at our trucks, which had been demolished. Windows broken, rear view mirrors torn off, tires slashed, et.

The next day, we got a notice that they filed chapter 7. Funny thing is, they didn't include us in the bankruptcy.

I have the contract, I have the debts, documented emails, conversations, employees, etc.  I need an attorney to prosecute them. Steve Staglett, the owner of Stagg Energy still owns a family business in San Antonio, Texas.
